Finding your % of gray is actually pretty simple. 

First, stand a few feet in front of the mirror with indirect light. 

Then, use the below as your guide:

• Less than 30% gray: less gray than natural color

• 50% gray: equal parts gray and natural color

• 75% gray: predominately gray with a touch of natural color

• 100% gray: all you see is gray
